PRIVACY POLICY

Herein "AUTHOR" shall refer to SUPREMATIC Technology Arts GmbH, "PRODUCT" shall refer to "Tennis Math" developed and provided by SUPREMATIC Technology Arts GmbH, "SERVICES" shall refer to services developed and provided by SUPREMATIC Technology Arts GmbH, "USER" shall refer to you, the user (either as an individual, single entity or group).

Notes on data protection:
AUTHOR will treat the personal data you provide with the utmost confidentiality and care, 
process and use it in strict accordance with the applicable provisions of data protection. 
 
Right of withdrawal: 
USER has the right to request information on the data AUTHOR has stored by writing to info@tennis-math.com.

I. WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?

1) Information stored locally on a device, such as:

 - an information you provide;
 - date and time provided with your information.
This information is stored in a device memory in a Prevayler database. The information is not uploaded to any online storage without USER\'s explicit permission, which is given when you decide to sign in with your Google account.

2) Information is stored on PRODUCT server:

 - email address, associated with your Google account (serves as log-in);
 - your first and last names, associated with your Google account;
 - your gender, associated with your Google account;
 - id of your Google account;
 - names, sex and additional data (league and hand left/right) of players, you track the matches for;
 - match scores and detailed tracking data;
 - match scoring rules;
 - match tracking depth configurations.

AUTHOR provides no warranty whatsoever with regards to the data consistence. As a matter of fact, database back-ups are regularly done but AUTHOR gives no warranty whatsoever.

3) User communication:

When you send emails or other communications to AUTHOR, he may retain those communications, including your name, email address and your device characteristics in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve PRODUCT.

4) Log information:

PRODUCT automatically records certain information in the system log. Such logs may include information such as your server requests, your interaction with the PRODUCT and third-party services, Internet Protocol address, the date and time of your requests.

II. THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES

 - PRODUCT does not send USER\'s contact information (e.g., e-mail) to the 3rd party services.
 - PRODUCT may automatically share certain information with third party companies, application or services in order to monitor the application misconduct. 
 
 PRODUCT may make third party applications available through their public services or APIs. Information collected by third-party applications is governed by their terms of service and privacy policies.
